How pricing works

After your consultation, we design a fully custom itinerary and present it with one all-inclusive quote — flights, accommodation, transfers, experiences, and our end-to-end planning and in-trip management. There are no hidden fees added later, and nothing is booked until you have approved both the itinerary and the price.

• Each quote is prepared for your specific trip — dates, party size, style, and standards.
• Quotes are prepared in US dollars unless we agree a different currency with you.
• Rates and availability are confirmed directly with suppliers at the time of booking; your quote states clearly how long it remains valid.

The payment schedule

Payment is staged, so it tracks the work of securing your journey — you never pay everything up front. The exact due dates for your trip are set out in your proposal.

Changes & cancellations

Bespoke journeys are built on real bookings with hotels, airlines, and local partners, and their terms differ from trip to trip. So rather than a one-size-fits-all policy, the cancellation, change, and refund terms that apply to your journey are set out in writing in your proposal — before any payment is taken.

• You'll always know your refund position for each stage of payment before you commit.
• If plans change mid-journey, we renegotiate with suppliers on your behalf and pass on what we recover.
• If a supplier cancels on you, we handle the rebooking or the refund — that's the point of us.

Documents, insurance & duty of care

As part of planning we research the visa, health, and entry requirements for your itinerary — including the specific requirements for Umrah and pilgrimage travel — and flag anything that must be verified against official government sources before booking. Requirements change; we treat them as time-sensitive and check them close to travel.

• Passports, visas, and entry compliance remain each traveler's legal responsibility — we prepare the checklist and chase the details with you.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey, and we'll tell you what your itinerary needs it to cover.

Your privacy

The details you share with us — through the inquiry form, WhatsApp, or consultation — are used only to plan and manage your travel. We don't sell them, share them beyond the suppliers delivering your trip, or use them for anything else.
